Welcome to The Ordinary Book Co.! By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Products and Pre-Orders

• All books are currently sold on a pre-order basis.
• Books are printed after payment is received.
• Please allow up to 7 working days for printing before shipping or collection.

2. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.
• Orders are only processed once full payment is received via secure gateway.

3. Delivery

We deliver across South Africa using Pep Paxi, PUDO, or local pickup in Sasolburg/Vanderbijlpark. See our Delivery Information page for details.

4. Returns & Refunds

• As all books are printed on demand, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Please notify us within 3 days of receiving a damaged item.
• We may request a photo and offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.
